Okay, so I read "Free Rice" and my first thought was Rutgers' running back, Ray Rice. Figured it was a Heisman candidate group, or maybe Schiano benched him? I don't know, but either way, what Free Rice ACTUALLY is, is ten times better. Free Rice is a vocab game. I know, you're thinking geeky. But, seriously, you get a word and have to guess its meaning - it gets kind of addicting. PLUS! Every word you get right donates 10 grains of rice to help end world hunger. I donated like 300 grains of rice in under five minutes. So play, and save someone's life. |

I'M NOT QUITE DEAD YET Life has been kind of crazy on my end. My year of Americorps serivce comes to an end tomorrow, and I'm transitioning over to something new. That being said, there hasn't been much to update. I'm holding a new contest - my first ever palette contest, so check it out. Entries are due December 1st. I AM SLOWLY SUCCEEDING...SOMEWHERE Wow, lot's of S's in that header.... Been really busy with work, travelling, and totally unmotivated. I didn't make a single deadline for the WTM birthday events. Sucks, because I was working really hard on my pageant entry up until I had to leave for New Hampshire. Really, my only new work is some web design stuff, and even that's kind of flat. BRIGHT AND CHEERY So, I'm incredibly glad I decided to join EE because it's been a wonderful inspiration. I was dolling like crazy, and I've met a whole lot more people - especially ones I really respect and envy. They have a Wishing Well this month for a community activity, so I asked for some contest entries and some birthday gifts. I got a LOT of gifts! A lot more than I expected. Click here to see them all. And now I'm working on a collab for the EE Birthday Party. AND! I have 11 entries for my contest! Yay! I want to give a special shoutout to Blue in this update because she REALLY helped me with this layout. And I'm sure I annoyed her to no end with lots of questions and frustrations. THAT'S GAY I finally finished my entry for Sabi's "That's Gay" contest. I'm really impressed with it. This is the first time that I've worked with a large base (except that base by Jaeden way back when). I'm really impressed with the hair, and the tattoos came out awesome. NEW LAYOUT yes, again... it's in honor of the fact i had nothing better to do with a sunday afternoon. we can call it my advanced birthday present or something like that. no one better ask me to make them boggle blocks though, because it was a pain enough for my own layout. and i don't like anyone enough to go through that kind of suffering all over again. NEW LAYOUT (AGAIN) got bored and so i decided to make myself a background for my new cell phone. well, in the process i also decided that i would take said background and create a new website layout with it. And thus, here we are. Okay, so it's not perfect, but it'll do. Working at home is incredibly boring, but at least i have time to play in photoshop and post on hprpg and talk to my friends. and, the nice part is i get out more and can do things like go the gym whenever i want, instead of going because i have to.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Oh! MOST IMPORTANT THING EVER! I'm raising money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, for their Light the Night Walk. My walk is this Saturday at Mercer County Park. FLOODED WITH INSPIRATION still haven't finished my couple base. which means no doll on that yet. i'm such a terrible procrastinator, only, i did a few other things. i am applying for a new job to be the volunteer co-ordinator assistant to the regional director for NJ/NYC FIRST. who called the volunteer resources manager and basically begged him to hire me. so there's that. only, i haven't worked out all the details yet, with hetitleh insurance. and making sure i can pay all my bills. i did two new websites in the past...13 days. one for sam (she plays memphis gredel - ruthy's boyfriend at MH) and one for celestey (met her at WTM!?). so there's that, i guess :D GO LOOK AT THEM !! oh. and i've new boyfriend. |

OMG IM UPDATING!? i'm also working on a new couple base, which, with a lot of CC from my WTM friends, is going to look pretty good, i think. check back soon to see and use it. i'm also going to create a smaller version of preggers, seeing as she's HUGE. regardless, as always, i'd love to see anything you make on my bases. the NJ/NYC FIRST Robotics website is starting to come together.
